  • 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Lunch
  • 1:30 pm –2:15 pm – Vipasana (Quiet time without phones)
  • 2:15 pm – 2:30 pm -circle time to reflect on vipasana time
  • 2:30pm –  3:30pm – Guest speaker (TBC)
  • 3:30pm – 4:30 pm – Downtime(massage/swimming/gym/nature walk)
  • 4:45 pm to 6:15 pm – Yin Yoga
  • 6:20 pm to 6:45 pm – Healthy cooking workshop by our in-house chef
  • 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm – Sattvic bhog (Dinner)
  • 7:45 pm-8:10 pm – Tratak Meditation(Candle Gazing)
  • 8:10 pm – 8:30 pm – Yoga Nidra (Guided meditation)
  • 8:30 pm-9:30 pm- 10min chair massage for head/shoulder (slots need to be booked)
  • 9:00 pm – Lights out in the main hallway

22nd june

  • 6:00am – 6:15am Jal Neti Kriya(Nasal cleansing technique)
  • 6:20am – 6:30am – Netra Shuddhi (Yogic eye cleansing technique)
  • 6:35am – 6:45am -Agnisar kriya (stimulation of the digestive fire)
  • 6:45am – 7:00am – Yoga Mantra Chanting to quiet the mind
  • 7:00am – 7:15am – Pranayam (Breathing techniques)
  • 7:15am – 8:00am – Chakra healing through gentle yoga stretches
  • 8:00am – 8:20am – Fresh Fruits, light cereals and juice/tea/coffee
  • 9:00am – 10:30am –>

  • 1:30pm – 3:30pm – Mandala art workshop(creating your own madala)
  • 3:30pm to 4:30pm – Downtime (massage/
    swimming/gym/nature walk)
  • 4:45pm –6:15pm – Yin Yoga
  • 6:20pm –6:45pm – healthy cooking
    workshop by our in-house chef
  • 6:45pm –7:15pm   – bhog (sattvic dinner)
  • 7:30pm – 7:45pm – Gentle breath work to prepare the body for a sound sleep)
  • 8:00pm – 8:30pm – Kirtan (bhakti yoga)
  • 8:30pm – 9:30pm – chair massage for head/shoulders
  • 9:00pm – lights out in the main hallway
