6:30 am to 7:00am – chants/mantra recital (optional)
7:am to 8:15am – yoga asana and pranayama for all
8:30 to 10am – breakfast
10:30am to 11:30am – yoga philosophy talk by a guest speaker
12:00 to 1:00pm – bhog (lunch)
1:00pm to 3:00pm – downtime
3:00pm to 4:30pm – 30min one to one sessions for attendees on request or massage or hot tub
5:00 – 6:30pm – yogaasana
7:00 – 8:00pm – bhog (dinner)
8:30 – 9:00 pm – meditation
Wednesday 12th October
6:30am to 7:00am -chants/mantra (optional)
7:00am to 8:15am – yogasana and pranayama
