DESCRIPTION:After the overwhelming success of our autumn retreat in 2022\, the summer retreat of Anahat yoga 2023 has been conceptualised to take you deeper into your yogic journey. As the sun (surya) represents the supreme form of divinity – the Vedas equate surya and atman\, the sun with the cosmic self. The team at Anahat yoga were keen for our yogis to witness the power of the inner sun(prana)\, to create healing for the body and mind\, and to discover the universal presence and peace within us. Hence\, a summer retreat was calling! Yes\, you may wonder – how can only 3 days help you heal\, cleanse\, realign\, destress\, rejuvenate? And our answer to that is – 3 days may not be enough BUT it will open the doorways to physical and mentaL well being\, it will start the PROCESS to help you take the necessary steps to lead a more balanced and fulfilled life. And all that is needed from you is to TRUST THE PROCESS of the universe. We have very mindfully chosen THE VEDANTA as the base for our summer retreat as it will serve as the perfect backdrop with swaying trees\, scented breeze and birdsong greeting you as you get ushered into this 75 acre British heritage surrounding. Authentic Indian yoga retreat in the heart of the Bristish countryside. And this time a step further! Under the blue sky and wrapped in sunshine (fingers crossed the weather God are kind and we can have all our yoga asana sessions outdoor) We have designed this retreat to help you spend more time with yourself\, to know yourself deeper not just through asanas but with kriyas\, vipasana\, chanting\, talks from the Bhagvad Gita to truly connect with the nectar of life or atleast start the process. With an in-house Ayurvedic chef\, our food menu is designed to cleanse and connect.
